**Delivery Scheduling and Instructions**
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time based on their schedule. Provide any relevant information during this call to assist the driver in transporting your purchase.
- Delivery is available Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with a 2 to 4-hour delivery window.
- Notify an AllaModa Furniture representative of any circumstances that may impact the delivery (additional fees may apply), including but not limited to:
- Narrow driveways
- Dead-end streets
- Ferry requirements for island locations
- Specific parking instructions
- Requests for delivery to a side door or garage entrance
Failure to attend your delivery appointment may result in additional charges, such as re-delivery fees, storage costs, and/or return shipping fees.
**Shipping (Curbside Delivery)*
- All freight will be delivered to the curb or end of the driveway at the specified delivery address.
- You are responsible for transporting the item beyond this point.
- Customer presence is required to receive the order.
- Assembly, unpacking, and removal of packaging are not included.
**Processing Time**
Orders in stock typically require up to 3 business days to prepare for shipment. You will receive an email notification upon shipment. Due to increased order volume and current warehouse precautions, processing may take 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize the safety of our customers and staff.
Once the delivery company has picked up your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
**Refund Process**
- Returned items will be inspected within 3 days of receipt to verify their condition.
- Items returned in new condition with original packaging will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items returned in new condition without the original packaging will incur a restocking fee of up to 35%, in addition to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Damages incurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs will be equivalent to our standard shipping fee.
- Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to process after inspection.

**Opened Items**
For a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If assembly services were requested, retain the original packaging for potential returns.
**Unopened Items**
Returns will be accepted only if the product is in new, unused condition. Products exhibiting damage, scratches, assembly marks, or signs of use, as determined at the sole discretion of AllaModa Furniture, will not be eligible for return.
